e.g. Rupees 10 million (10,000,000) is conventionally written as Rs. 1,00,00,000
Why? Because it is read as Rs. One crore.

Right click, choose custom formatting, enter the following in the formula
For Rupees with Paise--

For Rupees without Paise ---
